Please plan to book your stay for about 2 weeks, arriving about 2 days prior to your scheduled surgery.

We encourage you to stay at least one week postoperative so that you will have time for a postoperative assessment from Dr. LoSasso.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)

All 3 airports are within a 35-mile radius of Valley Hospital. Newark is the most convenient airport to fly into.

*Tip: A direct flight home will be preferred.

There are many hotels near Valley Hospital to choose from. Here are some recommendations:

*TIP: Look for a room that has a recliner chair and a kitchenette for more comfort. You may even ask for a Handicap Accessible Room. Please verify with your hotel about the specific amenities available during your travel dates. Keep in mind that most surgeries are scheduled very early in the morning, so you may want to consider this when choosing your accommodation.
